Field of Dreams Empowerment Center (FOD) is an African Immigrant led community-based organization located in Lakeville Minnesota. FOD is committed to providing hands-on culturally specific training and technical assistance for African Immigrant families and African Immigrant small business owners.

Our mission is to cultivate, foster and implement Capacity Building Skills and Techniques plus Economic Development initiatives that is vital and crucial in maintaining a sustainable platform and atmosphere that encourages the African Immigrant families and communities in Dakota County to step into their Purpose and Destiny through training, skills acquisition and small business strengthening and development.

Field of Dreams Empowerment team has a wealth of experience and has invested in capacity building and technical knowledge and business experience with the power of technology to help Small and Disadvantage Small Business Enterprise in the BIPOC and Immigrant Communities in Dakota County and Twin Cities area.
